Hello everyone,
A few upcoming events to keep you posted on what is going on in the chorus program.
October 2: USC Fall High School Invitational Honor Choir at St. Andrews Baptist: selected students will have the opportunity to other top high school choral students in the area and work with Dr. Larry Wyatt, Director of Choral Activities at USC. Students will be notified by me if eligible to attend.
October 26: First chorus concert of the year at White Knoll theater at 7:00 pm (students arrive at 6:30).
November 4-9: All State Auditions: White Knoll will go one of those days to audition for All State chorus. If interested in auditioning let me know ASAP (10th-12 grades only).
Rehearsal Tracks: I have started adding rehearsal tracks to the blog. Simply follow the link for your voice part, the website that comes up should have a button that says "download file." Hit the button and a screen should come up with a countdown on it of like 46 seconds, when it reaches 0 hit the button that says "download file." It may take a couple of minutes to download the file depending on your internet speed, but when it is done, it should play on your media player (ex. windows media player).
